Rick Heyke brings a wealth of experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and law to the clients of Eastgate.

Rick is a senior advisor at Eastgate Capital Advisors LLC. His past work includes over 25 years as an investment banker at three major houses and 15 years as an attorney.  At Smith Barney he also ran their European investment banking and overall Japanese securities business at different times. As a lawyer, Rick held positions at Winston & Strawn and the Federal Reserve Board in Washington.

Rick earned a law degree from the University of Chicago, an MBA from Harvard, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Yale with a BS in Physics.

Rick is fluent in French, a vintage sports car enthusiast, and a sailor. He is also a long-time Winnetka resident.
